Financial Aid Information
2007-2009 School Year

It is time to begin the application process for financial assistance for the 2007-2008 school year. Please read the information below carefully and note the application deadline ofFebruary 28th.

Financial Aid Application Process:

1. Parents can pick up a financial aid application from the office beginning January 4 th or complete an application online. If you have internet access, we request that you fill out the online application as the information gets processed much faster.

To complete your application online:

• Go to www.nais.org/financialaid/sss
• Click on the SSS Online box
• Click on the box that says “Complete a PFS Online”
• Click on “Start a New PFS”

1. Be sure to include our school code, which is 2407. If it is not included, your form will be returned to you.

1. Be sure to include the application fee of $24 with your application. SSS has provided the school with 5 fee waiver vouchers for families for whom the application fee itself is prohibitive. If paying the $24 application fee is difficult for you, please speak with Wendy to inquire whether any vouchers are still available.

1. Parents complete the application and mail it to SSS no later than February 28 th, 2006. This deadline is firm.If you fail to submit your form to SSS by February 28 th, CFMS cannot guarantee that you will receive tuition assistance even if you qualify.

1. Awards will be determined after all of the applications have been processed by SSS. Parents will receive notification of their awarded amount by mid-April.
