Strategic Plan 2020-2030

In the Fall of 2019, CFMS formed a Strategic Plan Working Group (SPWG) to engage the CFMS community in a strategic planning process. The SPWG conducted an environmental scan, requesting input from CFMS teachers, staff, families and alumni families, to understand CFMS strengths, challenges and areas for improvement, wishes for the future, and emerging and future trends in education and local demographics. 

After analysis, review, and discussion of the input, the SPWG developed a CFMS vision statement and set of five goals and objectives to achieve it. The goals and objectives are all grounded in the themes that emerged from the scan. This document captures the outcomes of this work as the CFMS strategic plan.
