Admissions Process

Step 1: Prospective parents are required to attend one of several Tours or Open Houses with Director of Student Support Kristi Medley.

Step 2: After the tour or Open House, submit an application for admission together with a $50 non-refundable application fee before January 31. Follow the Application Checklist for additional steps.

Step 3: If Tuition Assistance is needed, complete the application through Clarity before January 31.

Step 4: In late February, some potential students are invited to do short school readiness visits. If more spaces become available, additional school visits are scheduled for March to June. 

Step 5: In early March the first round of spaces will be offered to incoming families 

Step 6: Families of accepted students execute an enrollment contract with CFMS.
